After almost exactly 3 months to the day, my dad was finally cleared to go back to work today!Back in March, Dad was diagnosed with pneumonia in both of his lungs. 17 of those days entailed my dad being in the hospital. While we knew it would be a bit of a recovery, I don't think any of us could have predicted it would take close to 90 days.
I didn't blog during this time and that's really OK since I don't think many of us in our family have really fond memories of a good portion of that time. It got pretty scary there for a little bit, but I'm incredibly happy to say Dad is doing well (I know he's happy too) and is now ready to head back to work!!! So, be on the lookout for him!
